2025 was a remarkable year for Ensign Partners, and we recently reflected on a year filled with connection, learning, growth, and appreciation, all centered on helping business owners build stronger companies and more resilient personal wealth.

At Ensign Partners, our mission is to simplify complexity by coordinating legal, insurance, financial, and tax advice and planning for our clients. This year, we brought that vision to life not only through daily advisory work, but through a series of experiences designed to educate, connect, and celebrate with the business community. In addition to our core business, Ensign Partners also hosts events to educate, share, and network. We sponsored several practical, actionable learning events designed to help business owners work on their businesses, not just in them.

Here are some of the standout events that defined our 2025:


01 10 Questions Every Business Owner Should Ask Their Technology Team

Held in August, this Business Builder session featured Ensign's Managing Partner Todd Clarke alongside tech expert Martin Fraley. The discussion focused on essential questions to ask about hardware, software, service, and cybersecurity, all topics crucial for protecting operations, clients, and future growth. This session delivered clear takeaways that helped business owners evaluate technology risk and strategy through a critical lens.


02 5 Marketing Moves Every Business Owner Should Know

In October, we teamed up with Blue Zone Marketing at TopGolf for this powerful Business Builder event. This workshop brought practical digital strategy and brand clarity to the forefront. Alongside Ensign's Todd Clarke, the online marketing experts from Blue Zone Marketing shared real-world tactics to strengthen online presence, refine brand identity, and improve digital visibility, which have all become essential elements for modern business growth and competitive differentiation. This partnership highlighted the value of combining strategic business advice with top-tier marketing expertise.

Blue Zone Marketing, headquartered in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, but with a new office in Gilbert, Arizona, recently partnered with Ensign to redesign our visual brand and digital touchpoints, and bringing their deep marketing knowledge directly to our clients and community made this session one of the most practical and engaging of the year.


03 Client Appreciation Night at the Movies: Wicked 2 Private Premiere

One of the most memorable moments of 2025 was our November client appreciation event: a private premiere of Wicked: For Good. More than just a night out, this event was a celebration of the relationships we've built with our clients over the years. It was a chance to relax, connect, and share an unforgettable experience as a community. The full theater experience was our small way of giving back to the people who trust us with their businesses and their futures.


04 The Climb: Elevate Your Business, Elevate Your Life

We finished the year strong, bringing our community together one more time with this December event. This working session was designed to help business leaders and their teams formulate a strong 2026 business plan and learn best practices to execute it. The Climb is a strategic workshop where teams can step back, think big, and tackle key priorities that will shape growth in the year ahead. The Climb, facilitated by Ensign's COO Chris Spear, captured the spirit of Ensign's philosophy: success is not a destination, it's a journey, and one we strive to elevate every step of the way.
